Receptionists responsibilities are:
Create a friendly office environment for our patients and help make the office run smoothly.
Check in and check out the patients.
Maintain patients electronic medical record.
Make confirmation calls to the patients 24 hours in advance.
Complete prior auths for medications in a timely manner.
Answer all emails and correspondents.
Work as a team with all co workers.
Ability to work accurately, efficiently, excellent telephone etiquette, and work under pressure.
Comply with Daily Office Procedures and Coastal's Policies and Procedures.
